Mission
The 165th Street Mall Improvement Association was created to develop the 165th Street Mall into a shopping destination by providing supplemental services designed to enhance the district. These supplemental services include sanitation, promotional, marketing, maintenance and any additional services, which assists the Association in achieving this goal.

The 165th Street Mall, located in the heart of Jamaica, Queens, is a shopping destination in New York City.
